Last night, Justin and I went to the Ford Center to listen to Salman Rushdie (author of "The Satanic Verses", speak about his new novel, "Shalimar the Clown". And might I say, he is a rather amazing speaker, witty but insightful. I won't bore you with my reflection on his wonderful speech, because anything I could say wouldn't do it justice (and I'm lazy). So, I'll just post a link to the student newspaper's review here Perhaps when my head isn't throbbing, I'll grace you all with my own wonderful remarks about his glorious speech.
