I guess I should fill everyone in on all of the exciting events of April, since I didn't bother to post at all that month.

I got a tattoo of a magnolia on the 28th. It looks pretty good if I do say so myself. It's on my hip and as of right now it is rather itchy as it is not quite done healing. The tattoo artist that we went to was a lady. She was quite good. She shaded it and everything (I didn't want color b/c Justin is going to get a matching one and he'd just look gay with a colored magnolia - not that a magnolia is over masculine or anything).

The double decker festival was the weekend before last. Basically, the town of Oxford is transformed as best as possible into its British namesake. They have a british phone booth downtown on the square year round and for the festival they have a...double decker bus that they drive people around in. Hence the name. I checked out some of the local artwork, but didn't buy anything...perhaps I should have though. Some of it was actually quite good.

Hmmm...what else? I've seen about a million dead armadillos on the side of the road. Poor things, they don't seem to have very good luck when it comes to crossing the highways. I feel sorry for them.

I'm sure there are other things, but for now that's all I can think of. I'll be sure to post anything else I remember from April.
